Aydınlar Makina Metal has decided to establish and implement a quality management system that includes management, business partners, stakeholders, suppliers and customers for the successful management of the organization, improvement of its performance and competitiveness in order to continuously improve its activities and processes in order to provide benefits. Continuous Improvement

To continuously improve product quality, to implement an error-free strategy at all levels of management, to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of all quality management system processes.

Regularly review the quality management system, apply the principles of fact-based decision making, and identify specific quality improvement objectives and measures.

Using employee incentives to improve the performance of all processes and activities.
