Virgin Teflon is manufactured from virgin PTFE resins that have been moulded, sintered and stripped to the appropriate thickness. Virgin Teflon is widely used in a number of industries due to the material’s outstanding properties, including heat and chemical resistance, dielectric strength.

Usage Areas

Gaskets, O-rings, V-rings, compression seals and similar sealing parts, Bushings, bearings and piston tabs, Electrical insulators, Sliding supports, Conveyor belts, Coated pipes, valves and connecting components for abrasive material transfer, Non-stick surface applications, PTFE coated glass fabric manufacturing, Laboratory equipment requiring chemical resistance. In the military industry and marine industry due to its resistance to water, moisture, microorganisms and sunlight.
