Epoxy sheets are produced by impregnating alkali-free glass fibre fabric with an epoxy resin binder and processing it under high temperature and high pressure. Epoxy exhibits excellent temperature and moisture resistance as well as high level mechanical strength, excellent di-electric properties, and good electrical strength.
