1.2311 Plastic Mould Steel

1.2311 plastic mould steel is a plastic mould tool steel suitable for high temperature working. It is mainly used in the construction of plastic moulds, hydroforming tools and frames required for plastic pressure moulds. They are highly hardenable, resistant to annealing and strong at high temperature.

Areas of use can be listed as mould frames for plastic moulds, large injection moulds, pressure casting moulds and receiver sleeves.
